Lockdowns are needed to decrease global CO2 emissions

The Rockefeller Foundation Twitted that in 2020, as a result of Covid19 lockdowns, global CO2 emissions decreased by 3.5%. And that such reduced emissions should be sustained as we work to end energy poverty.

Although the article does not explicitly attest that the plan is to continue with lockdowns to keep sustaining such reduced emissions, it is beyond clear that such is the message The Rockefeller Foundation is sending. The question they didn’t addressed is: who told them planet earth was theirs?
